Okay, so you may not be able to tell from the photo, but here our favorite chef is pictured in Italy, Venice to be exact, submitting his Poached Branzino in a Vegetable Curry Puree to the judges of the San Pelligrino Cooking Cup Challenge.
Yachting and cooking, eating and drinking in Italy — that’s hard to beat.
