Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and bet many of you are planning on celebrating the old-fashioned way: with a fancy box of chocolates, reservations at a fancy restaurant or maybe both. We have a better idea for showing your Valentine how much you adore and desire her.
Rocky gets a shout out from KVOA Tucson (or as I have renamed it Keep Valentines On Air!) – Stacey Fott, Publishing Coordinator, Stephens Press
“Self-preservation is a reason to cook, but impressing a date is another strong impetus as well. It’s no secret that men will do a lot to get laid. We’ve ridden motorcycles, started wars, marked our skin with tattoos, and fronted bands all in the name of sex. Cooking a good meal is one of the easier and less dangerous ways. Rocky Fino is a chef who’s written a series of books on the benefits of being handy with a skillet. Will Cook for Sex Again, and Again is his third book, written in an easy-to-follow, funny style. He even has his mom write the introduction, to his father’s chagrin.”

When local cookbook author and Roxane’s executive chef Rocky Fino read “1001 Ways to Market Your Books” by John Kremer, he learned that titles get only 30 seconds to attract buyers in a bookstore.
He scribbled the word “sex” on his notepad. “Then I started thinking, okay, what next?” Food, sex … if he could combine the two, he’d create an attention-getter.
